May my path be mazaldik." 3) Whether your day was easy or hard, perhaps you learned something, or were strengthened and grew in knowledge and love. Perhaps you shared love today. Perhaps you will dream of love tonight. Tuning in to love is a nice way to fall asleep. 4) Say the first line of the Sh'ma before you fall asleep. Sh'ma Yisroel, Yah Elohaynu, Yah, Ekhad. 5) As you fall asleep, let your last thought be of entrusting your path to the Ayn Sof, the Infinite Light. 6) If you wish, you may recite or sing the following before bed: ',N"i'D""ri',N "" l:l'D:l B'shaymYah,elohayYisrael u-mis'moli Gavri-el, "l"~"~ Mi-miniMicha-el, U-mil'fanai Uri-el, u-may-akhorai Rafa-el, V'alroshi,v'alroshi,Shekhinat El. From what do you need protection? From what do you need healing? What are your healing priorities. Before going to bed tonight, you may want to listen to your heart and to the way in which your heart is beating. How is your neck, your back, your stomach? Sweet Sleep!
